Here's a few characteristics I've noted, which may seem obvious, but will be on my mind while sewing and thrifting from now on:
- calf length, slightly flared skirts
- ultra thin, lightweight cottons
- silk and rayon
- fabric panels
- exaggerated shoulders

1930's was definitely a flattering time for dresses. The fashion had a way of making any woman have a slight curve. Gorgeous.
So elegant!
Oh golly! The colours and shapes in this are so divine! xx
I love everything about them (except the calf-length doesn't look great on me)!
this here is my little piece of heaven, for sure!!
